Pork Burger
Apple Pork Burgers blend ground pork with diced apples, cinnamon and a touch of maple. A taste of fall in every bite!

Welcome to day three of #AppleWeek! Our apple loving group of food bloggers have put together a week of fabulous recipes along with a generous giveaway from our sponsors!

Today’s featured sponsor of my post is Swiss Diamond Cookware. I love the versatility of a griddle pan. First thing I think of is breakfast. Eggs, pancakes and French Toast.
This pan also works great for burgers! Toasting buns are so easy.
Grilled vegetable slices cook up fast. Think no mess eggplant parmesan! Nice!
For today on #AppleWeek it’s Apple Pork Burgers. I made this version with apple sausage. An added apple boost.
If you can’t find apple sausage, country sausage or breakfast sausage works as well. Remove meat from the casing. Add the diced apple, green onion, seasoning and a touch of maple syrup. So good!
