Apple Butter Chicken #WeekdaySupper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1½ cups apple butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cover with apple butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
