Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1½ cups apple butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with apple butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
