Chicken and Broccoli Slow-Cooked for #SundaySupper

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup cooked wild rice
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • olive oil or spray oil
Instructions
  1. Grease the crock with oil or spray oil.
  2. Add chicken, rice, wild rice.
  3. Dissolve the powdered milk into the stock then pour over chicken and rice mix.
  4. Top with broccoli.
  5. Cook on high for 45 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese, replace lid and let stand a few minutes until cheese melts.
