Chicken and Broccoli Slow-Cooked for #SundaySupper
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups cooked rice
- ½ cup cooked wild rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- olive oil or spray oil
- Grease the crock with oil or spray oil.
- Add chicken, rice, wild rice.
- Dissolve the powdered milk into the stock then pour over chicken and rice mix.
- Top with broccoli.
- Cook on high for 45 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese, replace lid and let stand a few minutes until cheese melts.
