Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings
- 6 to 8 chicken wings
- ¼ cup sweet rice flour
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 375 Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Mix together rice flour, cheese and spices.
- Roll wings in mixture and place on cooking sheet. Lightly spray the top of the wings.
- Bake for approximately one hour (internal temp 165) turning wings over about half-way through cooking process.
- Wings will be crisp not bubbly but if you like them browner, broil for about 30 seconds after wings are cooked.
