Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings

Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 chicken wings
  • ¼ cup sweet rice flour
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together rice flour, cheese and spices.
  3. Roll wings in mixture and place on cooking sheet. Lightly spray the top of the wings.
  4. Bake for approximately one hour (internal temp 165) turning wings over about half-way through cooking process.
  5. Wings will be crisp not bubbly but if you like them browner, broil for about 30 seconds after wings are cooked.
