I do like eggnog but I can only drink so much of it. So I was ready for this month’s challenge.

Usually I make my own eggnog but for this Fruity Eggnog Bread Pudding recipe I’m relying on store purchased to get a thicker consistency.

Raisins and craisins add just enough fruit and color. This bread pudding held up well for several days without getting soggy.

My husband is the bread pudding fan in our family so I need to make this for him. I don’t know why it never occurred to me before because eggnog is, after all, just a lovely custard, albeit a bit thinner so we can drink it. I love that you took photos of how to serve it with the glaze, Cindy. So pretty!
