Thank you Alice from Hip Foodie Mom for hosting this week! Take a minute to visit Alice and see all her wonderful meal ideas!

Cooking with only a few ingredients can be quite a challenge. Balancing a full flavor profile might seem impossible. But sometimes simply put together dishes are a must.

The salmon worked so well with only a few enhancements. You can switch it up by changing sauces, seasonings or even how you prepare it.

I served this salmon over a rice blend but it would go as well with a salad or baked potato.

Five Ingredients or Less turned out to be such a popular event that we have over 60 members sharing ideas!

What dish do you prepare that transforms into awesome with 5 ingredients or less? We were spotted salt, pepper, oil. I’d add water if its used as a cooking medium and not ingredient.

Here is my Salmon with Tiger Dill Sauce. Horseradish gives this an extra kick!
