Smoked Sardine Crostini #SundaySupper

Smoked Sardine Crostini entices your taste buds with smoky, Spanish-style Tapas! Smoked sardines, smoked paprika and smoked sun-dried tomatoes.

Tapa bars are popping up across the country. Some people cal this style of meal, “small plates”. I’ve heard it  called an appetizer meal or spread, too.

Official definition I found on the web: “Small Spanish savory dishes, typically served with drinks at a bar.”

You can say that Tapas are a cuisine unto itself.

I’ve read canned fish including sardines are a popular choice at Tapas where fish is served. I also know the fondness of Spain and that smoky, sweet paprika we all love.

So I combined all these hints of smoke into an easy tapas crostini. It’s great as an appetizer or the star of your home Tapas party!
