I chose to make Brownie Cauldrons to fill with Halloween candy!
Bake your brownie dough in a mini rounds pan like you use for cake pops. I sprinkled on some white and orange sprinkles. When the cake sets but before it cools, poke a hole in the top. Fill with candy! Easy Peasy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa (I used Rodelle)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup butter softened
- 1/3 cup Imperial Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Imperial Sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup candy corn or Halloween candy
- 1/4 cup sprinkles(optional)
Instructions
- Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda. Add to creamed mix.
- Roll into 12 balls. Sprinkle with sprinkles, Bake in a cupped ball pan at 350 until set about 10 minutes.
- scoop a small hole in each with a toothpick. Cool then fill with candy.
