Prune and Apple Yogurt Parfaits
- 1 cup dried prunes
- 2 cups grape juice
- 2 cups vanilla non-fat Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup dried apple pieces
- Soak prunes in grape juice at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Layer yogurt, and prunes to fill a parfait glass. Top with dried apple pieces.
