Quinoa Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup bran flakes
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2½ cups buttermilk
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
  1. Mix together flour, oatmeal, bran flakes, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl combine quinoa, egg and buttermilk.
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Place in greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 11/4 hours and inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool on rack before slicing.
