Brussels Sprouts Salad #SurpriseRecipeSwap

  • 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave syrup
  • Salt and pepper
  • Directions
  • Cut bottoms of the Brussels Sprouts and quarter lengthwise. Shred a few for added texture.
  • Sauté sprouts in oil until crisp tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with cranberries and peccans.
  • Drizzle agave syrup over top.
