Brussels Sprouts Salad #SurpriseRecipeSwap
- 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 cups Brussels Sprouts
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 Tablespoon Agave syrup
- Salt and pepper
- Directions
- Cut bottoms of the Brussels Sprouts and quarter lengthwise. Shred a few for added texture.
- Sauté sprouts in oil until crisp tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with cranberries and peccans.
- Drizzle agave syrup over top.
