Sausage and Peppers Turnovers #WeekdaySupper

Ingredients
  • ½ lb sausage, casings removed
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup chopped red peppers
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce to taste
  • 1 package crescent rolls
Instructions
  1. Fry sausage, peppers, onions and garlic in oil. Season with basil and Worcestershire as needed.
  2. Unroll crescent rolls and lay 2 triangles together to form a square.
  3. Add filling and bring corners to the center. Press gently to close.
  4. Bake according to package directions or at 350 for about 15 minutes until golden brown and dough flakes easily.
