Cinnamon Zucchini Brownies #SundaySupper
- ⅓ cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add egg, vanilla and zucchini.
- In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mix. Stir well.
- Place in a greased and floured 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into desired sizes directly from the pan or remove as you would a cake and cut it.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
