Potato Carbonara Soup @ Ragú #NewTraDish
- 1 jar Ragú Classic Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup cooked fettuccine pieces
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 4 slices turkey bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- ½ cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup skim milk
- Place potatoes and carrots in a small saucepan, add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook about 10 minutes until tender. Drain.
- While potatoes cook, heat Ragú Classic Alfredo, bacon, peas and milk over low heat.
- Add cooked vegetables and fettuccine.
- Serve alone or with a salad and crusty bread.
