Memorial Day Meatloaf Burger #KGCreation
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 ounces Kerrygold Skellig Cheddar, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- ¼ lb Kerrygold butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- bread and butter pickle slices
- 4 hamburger buns
- Mix together beef, cheese, tomato sauce, garlic spices
- Divide into 4 patties
- Grill or fry until burger reaches a minimum temperature of 160 (145 with a 3 minute rest)
- saute onions in butter until golden brown, set aside
- top burger with onions and pickles
