Cranberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp hemp heart seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree.
