Hot Oatmeal Cookie Drink (made with soy milk)

Holiday get-togethers are a great time to share a satisfying hot drink with family and friends. I love that toasty feeling a warm, smooth beverage brings on a cold wintry day. But if you are lactose intolerant or watching your sugar for health reasons or (calorie splurging holiday reasons 😉 ) you don’t need to miss out.
My Oatmeal Cookie Drink is a nice alternative to hot chocolate! Yes, it does taste like an oatmeal cookie without the caffeine of coffee drinks.
This drink is made with unsweetened soy milk and Sweet’N Low. If you can’t find unsweetened soy milk at your grocers, try the recipe below.

Hot Oatmeal Cookie Drink

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • Mix together all ingredients except nutmeg. in a shaker or whisk in a bowl.
