Recently I asked my fellow food bloggers what to do with an overabundance of green squash. Suggestions ran from zucchini pizza, tacos, bread, bakes and casseroles to hiding it in people’s cars. I admit I did think about the car thing. It also prompted me to lock my doors so no one “gifts” me with their extra cute courgettes.
