1/4cuppizza sauce
2ouncesshredded mozzarella
2ounces fresh mozzarella slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, Lightly spray a pizza pan with cooking spray. Lay on 2 flatbreads. Top each with half the pizza sauce. Sprinkle each with half of the shredded mozzarella.
In a small fry pan, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add steak, onions, peppers, coffee, salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat, stirring as needed until steak in thoroughly cooked and peppers and onions are softened.
Divide beef and pepper onion mixture between the 2 flatbreads. Add fresh mozzarella. Bake at 375 for about 10 to 15 minutes until bread is crisp but not burnt and cheeses have melted.
