Pecan Whiskey Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp shortening
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla I use Adams Extracts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp whiskey
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients into a soft dough. Divide into 12 drop cookies. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
