Ingredients

shredded green cabbage

shredded mixed vegetables (red cabbage, carrots, broccoli)

blueberries

tsp
crystallized ginger
dressing

tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1/2
tsp
grated fresh ginger
1
tbsp
olive oil
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
honey
Instructions
Toss together vegetables with crystallized ginger.
Whisk together vinegar, salt, ginger, honey and oil. Pour dressing over vegetables. Sprinkle with blueberries.
