Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Place salmon skin side down on prepared sheet. Season fish with lemon pepper and salt.
Heat small fry pan over medium heat. Add butter and melt, Add breadcrumbs, dill, lemon pepper and salt. Stir to coat with butter.
Top salmon with crumbs, about 1/4-inch thick. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Serve with your favorite side.
