Chili Cheese Beef Brats

Chili Cheese Beef Brats serve juicy smoked brats, cheddar cheese and homemade chili on a toasted potato roll. A tasty, quick meal for game day. No beans about it! Really there are no beans in here.

Chili Cheese Beef Brats

It’s almost time for the Big Game! If you’re throwing a party or just don’t want to miss any action, a quick meal is in order.
I prefer smoked brats over hot dogs any day. Add some cheese and chili and you have a hearty game day meal.
I’m adding a simple chili recipe but canned or store bought saves prep time. Of course you could make a batch and freeze it. Just in case you get snowed in!
