Ace of Clubs #SundaySupper

Ace of Clubs
Labor Day celebrates the hard-working men and women who make up the workforce that drives the country. Many businesses honor workers by giving them the day off. We shouldn’t forget the brave men and women that fought to make workplaces safer and establish fair wages and decent hourly work weeks.
We are halfway through this 3 day weekend. There is still time to relax and send summer off with a bang!
This week Sunday Supper wants you to think that less is more. Less work and more fun!
I have a perfect less is more, fast sandwich to enjoy this weekend. An Ace of Clubs. This isn’t actually a recipe, its more like a suggestion for a terrific sandwich.
The Ace of Clubs is a king of the sandwich world to me. A triple-decker with layers of ham, turkey and Swiss stacked with bacon, lettuce and tomato. This beauty is on toasted honey wheat bread. I like horseradish mayo on mine. What will you put on yours?

    10. I would absolutely LOVE this sandwich. I’d prefer the horseradish mayo myself but I also just bought this Cranberry Mustard I found at the local farm that would be awesome on this!

I do enjoy a club sandwich although I have to admit I usually take out the extra slice of bread. I love all the “stuffings”.

I’ve always enjoyed a triple-decker club sandwich! Time was those were very popular, then there was a trend to serve them on hoagie rolls which disappointed me, before finally returning to the gold standard of being built on toast. Toast wins hands down in my opinion! Thanks for sharing.
