Peach Sherbet #SundaySupper

Peach Sherbet

Peach Sherbet uses only 2 ingredients! An easy, sweet, cold delicious treat!

Summer means you’ll find cold treats in my freezer and refrigerator 24/7. I’m not a fan of winter but summer heat has its limits too!
I spend a lot of time outside in summer. I love to cookout, take long walks, garden and even relax and read a book in the shade.
Outdoor concerts are big in our area. Local bands play in parks and restaurant patios all over Lehigh Valley.
Most of these venues are free to the public. We pack a cooler of snacks and drinks, bag chairs and sunscreen and off we go!

At home things work a bit different. A pitcher of cold water is basic. Herb teas, mint slushies, ice cream bought and home made and frozen fruit kabobs are staples.
I added a new treat this summer.

Peach Sherbet

I kept seeing this recipe around the internet for 2 ingredient sherbet. So I thought, why not give it a try?
Man, am I glad I did!
All you need is frozen fruit and sweetened condensed milk. That’s it!
If you haven’t tried your hand at sherbet you are missing out on an easy treat!

I like a sprinkle of cinnamon on top when served.  Cinnamon makes everything better, right?

Hint: Let it freeze completely if you plan to serve it to guests. I have no patience so I scoop a bit of soft serve for me!
