Frozen Pumpkin Yogurt offers a cool treat to enjoy fall flavors. Smooth and extra thick thanks to triple thick Greek yogurt. Add a bit of warm spice like pumpkin spice to round out the flavor.

Just because temperatures are turning cooler, it doesn’t mean there is no room for a cold treat.
Freezing pumpkin yogurt adds a new dimention to this fall treat. I combined extra thick vanilla Greek yogurt with canned pumpkin, a little warm spices and a touch of maple syrup.

Freeze the mixture for a few hours to achieve a soft set that scoops easily. Transfer into individual cups and return to freezer to firmly set.
If yogurt freezes too firmly, place it in the refridgerator to thaw a bit until scoopable. Serve with petitas (roasted pumpkin seeds) if desired.
